Did you put in the wrong shipping address?

However, once orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified.

Where a wrong address is provided, and items are undeliverable on the first attempt, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt.

Products arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at +234 (0) 909 999 4732 (call/SMS/WhatsApp) or email jagabeauty@jagabeautyworld.com. Issues must be reported to us within 10 working days (from the date of delivery). Any problems reported after this time will unfortunately be invalid, except in extraordinary cases.

How do I change and cancel my order to get a refund?

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, they cannot be cancelled or modified once orders are submitted.

Melted Products due to Heat exposure (Jagabeauty Body Yum-Yum)

For deliveries outside of Lagos, it is possible for Jagabeauty Body Yum-Yum products to melt in transit due to Nigeria’s warm weather. The volume of Jagabeauty Body Yum-Yum may reduce and the contents may possibly melt completely.

Please do order items to an address where products will not be exposed to heat for a long period of time. We will do our best to package items for best preservation before we ship them to you. 

We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.
